Terms of Service

EdAI Express is operated by EdAI Systems ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service at edai-express.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

EdAI Express converts study materials you upload (PDFs) into practice multiple-choice questions, study guides, and exportable flashcards using automated AI processing. Generated content is for study assistance only and is not professional, medical, or licensing advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or exam outcomes.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload and process the materials. Free-tier content is automatically deleted 24 hours after upload; paid-tier content is retained subject to your plan's storage limits.

Generations consume credits or require an active subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

You may not upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or resell generated content in violation of applicable rules.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdAI Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new version number. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
