Refund Policy

1. Credit Packs
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you have not used any credits from a pack, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the unused pack.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
3. Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you are charged in error or charged twice for the same item, contact us and we will investigate and refund verified erroneous charges.
4. How to Request
Email john@edaisystems.com from your account email with your order details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
5. Beta Note
During the closed beta, we may grant goodwill refunds or credits at our discretion for service issues. This does not waive the terms above.
